Five-Spice Powder

Five-spice powder (五香粉 in Chinese) is a traditional spice blend especially used in China but also in Taiwan and even in Hawaii. It is made of star anise, fennel seeds, cinnamon bark (the Chinese variety called cassia), cloves and Sichuan pepper.
